This exclusive collection of thirty hand-crafted mini paintings carries forward the essence of Apricity, the large-scale work that marked a pivotal chapter in Kim Rose’s practice. Named after the poetic word for “the warmth of the sun in winter,” each mini distills the same harmony of strength and softness, shadow and light, into an intimate scale.
Every piece is individually composed, with a velvet-like black stone surface that absorbs light, allowing the gilded elements to shimmer with quiet radiance. While unified in theme, no two are alike—each holds its own subtle textures, layers, and details, inviting the viewer to look closely and discover its depth.
